Overview:
The After Sales Service for Terex and Terex-Fuchs
is concentrated in our Service Center in Rothenburg o.T. /
Germany.
On a space covering 7,500 m² (80,750 sq. ft.), the modern
Center stocks approximately 33,000 different spare parts.
Employing more than 40 staff, the Terex Spare Parts Service
reliably performs its services about 36,000 times a year.
Over 90% of all spare parts reach their destinations after
an order within 12 hours.
Our Service Center is conveniently located on the A7 highway,
Germany's north-south axis from Flensburg to Füssen, which
creates perfect prerequisites for the dispatch of spare parts
to any place in the world.
Apart from the Spare Parts Service, the Service Center houses
the Customer Support Service with its departments for Technical
Service and Service Training, Settlement of Warranty Claims
and Technical Documentation.
The main task of the roughly 30 employees is to ensure perfect
customer service in close cooperation with the Terex
and Terex-Fuchs dealer organization.
For Terex and Terex-Fuchs, customer as well as product-oriented
service is a way of life.
